NON-EXCLUSIVE BEAT LEASE AGREEMENT
This agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between DoeBoy Music Group ("Licensor") and [ARTIST___________________________
NAME] ("Licensee") on [DATE].__________________________
1. Grant of Rights: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the beat titled
"[BEAT NAME]" in one (1) commercial sound recording.
2. Usage Limitations:
- Up to 60,000 total digital streams.
- Up to 1 music video (monetized or unmonetized).
- Live performances up to 500 people per event.
- May distribute via digital platforms (e.g. Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music).
- Licensee may not register the song with a Performing Rights Organization (PRO).
3. Ownership:
Licensor retains full ownership and copyright of the beat.
4. Publishing & Credits:
- Publishing: 100% of the producer's share retained by DoeBoy Music Group.
- Credit must be given in writing and online: "Produced by DoeBoy MusicThis license is valid for 3 years from the effective date or until stream limit is exceeded, whichever comes
first.
